Charles Radovich
Charles A. Radovich received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University of Appleton, Wisconsin in 1968 and his law degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign. Charles’ practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions and real estate development, wills and trusts, probate, municipal law, and business formations (i.e., sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations). He has lectured at several continuing legal education seminars on real estate, real estate development, and municipal law.
Charles is a member of the Kane County Bar Association (Past President); Illinois State Bar (past member of General Assembly); and Illinois Municipal League.
He has received the Distinguished Counselor award from the University of Illinois School of Law and holds Martindale Hubbell’s highest AVVO peer rating.
He represents/ed the City of Geneva; Woodman’s; Wilmorite; Mill Creek Water Reclamation District; and the Village of East Dundee, the City of St. Charles, and the City of Batavia.
Charles is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.
